The founder and director of the center is Dr. Scott Bender, DC, BCAO. He holds private practices in Stamford, CT, and Wilton, CT, and has more than 25 years of clinical experience in treating complex neurological conditions, musculoskeletal problems, chronic pain syndromes, and trauma-related injuries. Dr. Bender has received advanced certification in Atlas Orthogonality from the San Diego Spine Research Institute and has been recognized with the Atlas Orthogonal Humanitarian of the Year award for his service and research contributions in the field.

Another key doctor at CT Spine Center is Dr. Denna Dashti, DC, BCAO. She is an Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor who discovered her calling after receiving Atlas Orthogonal treatments herself for migraines, vertigo, and fainting spells. Dr. Dashti graduated with honors from Life University's Doctorate of Chiropractic program and obtained a Master's degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London.
