CFAL (Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning) offers a comprehensive course on course design for successful teaching and learning. Led by Dr. Jill Henry, CFAL helps individuals develop their own workshops or training courses with the guidance of an expert mentor. The course covers various aspects of course design, including assumptions and facts, skill analysis, behavior analysis, developing objectives, and matching objectives with learning experiences. CFAL is a self-paced program that allows participants to craft their courses over weeks or complete them in just a few days with approximately 20 focused hours. Throughout the journey, participants receive personalized coaching at seven checkpoints from an expert Learning Coach who provides valuable feedback. CFAL aims to unlock the art of adult teaching and empower educators to become skilled facilitators of adult learning.
