Shaarei Adirim is a unique Mesivta dedicated to building successful Bnei Torah in a warm, Torah-true atmosphere. The yeshiva offers a multi-faceted approach to learning that focuses on highlighting each student's unique strengths while overcoming obstacles. Led by Rabbi Mordechai Elbaum, the Rosh haMesivta, who has extensive experience in working with students facing various learning challenges, such as ADHD, anxiety, and dyslexia. Rabbi Aaron Gaffen serves as the General Studies Principal and Director of Student Services, bringing his expertise from previous leadership roles in educational institutions. Additionally, Rabbi Shuey Miller and Rabbi Avrohom Yitzchak Ausband contribute their backgrounds in psychology and counseling to support student guidance and development at Shaarei Adirim.

The yeshiva's program includes a full-day yeshiva schedule with individualized general studies programs, dynamic leadership personalities, and life skills development opportunities.
