Foundation House at Northgate (FHN) has been a trusted provider of assisted living and independent living services since 1997. As a non-profit company, FHN has prioritized the safety and well-being of its residents throughout its 24 years of operation. Unfortunately, the financial difficulties resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, such as increased operating costs and decreased occupancy, have led to the decision to permanently close FHN's doors. The closure will be effective on September 30, 2021, for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021, for independent living facilities. FHN is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for its residents to alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
