OCCK, Inc. is a private 501(c)(3) organization that has been operating since 1970 with the mission to help people with disabilities in North Central Kansas. They are committed to assisting individuals in removing barriers to employment, living independently, and fully participating in their communities. With over 280 employees from diverse backgrounds, OCCK serves more than 3,000 people each year.

The organization operates based on a set of management values that include a commitment to citizens, excellence, responsibility as leaders, valuing employees, effective communication, and professional ethics. OCCK provides services within the nine-county area of Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, and Saline but also extends services to other counties in Kansas.

The governance of OCCK is handled by a volunteer Board of Directors who address policies aligned with the organization's mission. Any surplus funds earned by OCCK are retained for the provision of future programs and services rather than being distributed to owners or shareholders.

In 2020, OCCK celebrated its 50th anniversary of serving individuals with disabilities and continues to be dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
