Vita Nova Maternity Community is a residential care facility in Omaha, Nebraska that is dedicated to supporting pregnant and parenting women in crisis. Their mission is to provide a pathway to parenting, housing, health, healing, and independence for these women. With the help of community partners, Vita Nova aims to end homelessness, break the generational cycle of poverty, and empower women to live productive lives. They provide resources and programs that focus on responsible parenting, love and acceptance, respect and dignity. Their values include supporting the physical, spiritual, and mental wellness of those they serve.

Vita Nova offers various programs including primary care services, alumni support services, and a childcare program. The primary care services program provides comprehensive programming and services in collaboration with local hospitals, mental health providers, social services, and educational institutions. The alumni support services program offers continued guidance and opportunities for families to grow and thrive after graduating from the primary care program. They provide home visitation, case management, educational classes, scholarships for continued education and employment training, mental health therapy, addiction and recovery support groups, youth programming and childcare, transportation assistance, faith and fellowship retreats, as well as holiday gatherings.
